The Netherlands will take on North Macedonia in Amsterdam tonight, hoping to enter the knockout stages of Euro 2020 with a perfect record.
Following a thrilling 3-2 opening win over Ukraine, Frank de Boer’s side secured top spot in Group C and a place in the last 16 with a game to spare against Austria on Thursday night, thanks to goals from Memphis Depay and Denzel Dumfries.
It’s a promising start to the Netherlands’ first major international tournament since 2014, and the Oranje will be heavily favored to make it three wins in a row when they face North Macedonia next.
Following consecutive defeats by Austria and Ukraine, the debutants can no longer hope to rise from the bottom of Group C, with the latter confirming their early Euro exit.
Date, start time, and location
The match between North Macedonia and the Netherlands is set to begin at 5 p.m. BST on Monday, June 21, 2021.

Team news for North Macedonia vs. the Netherlands
With Group C already secured, De Boer may be tempted to make changes and rest some of his key players on Monday ahead of a last-16 tie against the third-placed team from Groups D, E, or F in Budapest on Sunday, June 27.
Nathan Ake, Davy Klaassen, Ryan Gravenberch, and Donyell Malen could all be called up.
North Macedonia, meanwhile, are expected to remain unchanged after pushing Ukraine all the way in Bucharest on Thursday thanks to a penalty from Leeds’ Ezgjan Alioski.
North Macedonia did not disgrace themselves in their major tournament debut, but they were always expected to lack the necessary quality – particularly in defense – to make a genuine push for the knockout stages.
But, led by the evergreen Goran Pandev, they demonstrated against Ukraine that they are capable of making life difficult for teams with higher aspirations.
That shouldn’t be the case here, with the Netherlands brimming with confidence at home and eager to make amends for missing out on both Euro 2016 and the 2018 World Cup in Russia.
Even if De Boer makes substitutions to protect his best players for the last 16, this should be a comfortable home win.
